How a reading works

A written conversation, followed by a personal reading.

  1. There are two ways to begin. Bring something you want to explore, or arrive with nothing and let the reading find what's stirring. In either case, bring the real you, not the tidy version. Self-exploration requires effort.
  2. Discuss and answer questions. Only two answers are required, but you can choose to go much deeper. The more honestly you engage, the better the reading can find where the patterns touch your life. Push back if something lands wrong. The reading gets sharper when you argue with it.
  3. When your conversation is complete, your astrologer will research the relevant patterns more deeply, consider what you've shared, and send your full reading, online and as a PDF. We find a reading's deepest impact often comes from the question that stays with you for days.

Fierce and entirely on your side, she is ancient, loving, and… amused. From the height of the stars, even your hugest crises look tiny, and like the ten thousand she has already seen and lived through herself. She loves you far too much to pretend that isn’t funny. And she will probably laugh at you, until the thing that felt enormous is suddenly a size you can carry.

There is a POWER in this ancient mirror that has nothing to do with the stars, and everything to do with your own unconscious: the greatest teacher you will ever find. Jeff’s craft is helping the two of you talk. And he loves this stuff. He’ll laugh with you about how ridiculous it can all feel, then, with a single question, suddenly make clear how the myths map what’s actually going on in you.

Of course he visits Aurora and Grandmother Sky himself at times; we all have days that call for a touch of magic. But his gift is using these systems to make clear that the real magic here is inside you.
